Who we are and what we do
PCrefurb is a digital inclusion charity that helps people to access the online world. Working across Derbyshire and Tameside we refurbish and distribute devices, build confidence through person-centred digital skills training and provide data connectivity to individuals and community organisations. Volunteers, some of whom face complex challenges, support all our services including device refurbishment, logistics, digital skills training and governance.

Projects
Our Digital Link Project works with, and alongside, organisations who serve people in crisis within Tameside, Greater Manchester. We aim to deliver training to individuals who need help to access digital services, and who are currently prevented from doing so due to issues around digital skills, equipment, or connectivity.
Our Access Digital Tameside, funded by the Access Foundation, aims to provide opportunities residents who are experiencing economic deprivation, referred to us by partner organisations within Tameside, to gain a ‘minimum digital standard of living’, supported by staff and volunteers at Digital Training Groups.
